SHIPPING
When placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and one from our team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number.
If your piece is in stock we will ship it within 1-2 business days. If your piece is not in stock each piece will be handmade and requires 3-5 weeks to be prepared for shipment.
Most of Fie Isolde jewelry are made to order and lead-times depends on the style. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.
*NOTE: We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the responsibility of the customer.
US SALES TAX
All orders within the state of California will be charged the sales tax percentage for the county of the shipping address. All domestic packages shipped outside of California are not currently charged sales tax.
For international shipments all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders (outside of the United States) are currently shipped with DHL or FedEx. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the order has been scanned by the courier it will be considered the responsibility of the customer.

DEPOSIT POLICY
The deposit to secure any commissions and initiate work on any projects that are made-to-order is non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit represents a commitment from both parties and covers time, resources, and design work undertaken by Fie Isolde from the moment the project begins (including design consultations, correspondence, sourcing, and production planning).
Should the client decide not to proceed with the project for any reason, the deposit will be retained by Fie Isolde as compensation for work performed and opportunity costs incurred. At the sole discretion of Fie Isolde, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward other purchases.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Fie Isolde may offer promotional discount codes, including a welcome discount for new email and/or SMS subscribers on their first purchase from Fie Isolde.
The following terms apply to all discount codes unless otherwise stated:
- One use per customer
- Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code
- Valid on full-price items only
- Valid on first time purchase only
- Minimum order value $1,000
- Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders
Exclusions
Discount codes cannot be applied to the following:
- Diamond rings and bridal pieces
- Custom and bespoke pieces
- Gift cards
- Any items already reduced or on promotion
Natural diamond pieces may be excluded from promotional discount codes due to the nature of the materials involved. Please check at checkout or contact us to confirm eligibility.
Reservation of Rights
Fie Isolde reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Fie Isolde reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where a discount code has been applied in error or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
