SALES MANAGER

Job Title: Fine Jewelry Sales Manager
Location: West Hollywood, CA (with travel required)
Type: 20 hours a week (with a view to ramp up to full time)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Manager to lead our client-facing sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fine jewelry sales, a strong understanding of bridal and bespoke jewelry, and a proven ability to close sales across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage all client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Host and conduct in-person appointments in-store and at trunk shows
  • Handle all remote inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and virtual appointments
  • Share detailed quotes and product recommendations with potential clients
  • Close sales in person and remotely (including bridal and bespoke projects)
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and follow up proactively with leads
  • Travel as needed for trunk shows, private client appointments, and brand activations
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure accurate communication of bespoke orders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the luxury fine jewelry industry
  • Deep understanding of bridal jewelry and bespoke client journeys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for customer experience
  • Willingness to travel for trunk shows and appointments as needed
  • Comfortable working across digital platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, email) and in-person settings
