Commissioning a bespoke piece is the ultimate way to create a truly unique, treasured heirloom to be passed down to, and enjoyed by future generations. Whether it involves envisioning an entirely new creation born from a sketch, incorporating special stones, intricate engravings, or any other personalized requests, we are dedicated to making your dream a reality. STEP ONE.
We begin the bespoke process by gathering some essential details. We ask that you Book an Appointment and share your inspiration with us. You will be prompted to fill out details such as your budget, stone preference, design inspiration and whether you'd like to create a new custom piece or rework a treasured heirloom. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will promptly reach out to confirm your appointment.

STEP TWO.
Once the design direction is clear, our in house team of stone experts will then curate a selection of stones to present to you. We do also work with any existing stones that you might have, reworking them into future heirlooms. After that we will prepare an estimate for approval. From there, an invoice will be sent for a 50% deposit of the estimated total. With the deposit received, Fie Isolde, will create a mock-up of your bespoke piece.

STEP THREE.
Fie Isolde will handcraft your bespoke design into a wax mold, and then move into the casting and setting process in our studio in Los Angeles. Production typically takes between 6-10 weeks, however, this may vary depending on design and stone preference. Upon completion, we will process the remaining balance and from there we'll prepare to send your one of a kind bespoke Fie Isolde piece to its new home!
