LEAD TIMES

  • Ready-to-Ship collection: Pieces available in-store or on our Ready to Ship page online are ready for immediate pick up / delivery.
  • Online collection: Pieces that we do not currently carry in-store, but offer online will be shipped within 4 weeks.
  • Semi-Bespoke & Bespoke pieces: For custom projects, we recommend allowing 10–12 weeks from the date that you need the finished piece.

HEIRLOOM PROJECTS & RESETS
Inherited or existing pieces can be reimagined into something new. Whether resetting a stone into an existing Fie Isolde design or creating an entirely new piece through our Bespoke commission package, we’d love to help. Book your 1:1 appointment.

BESPOKE COMMISSIONS
We offer two Bespoke options:

  • Semi-Bespoke: Modify an existing style in our collection by changing the stone’s size, color, or type.
  • Bespoke: Start from scratch to create a fully original design. Based on your preferences and budget, we’ll present a few design options for you to choose from. Pricing for Bespoke projects starts at $7,500 for our Wedding Band package. Learn more about our Bespoke process and pricing.

SHIPPING
At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. We ship all orders via UPS or DHL.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of the United States) are currently shipped with DHL. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the responsibility of the costumer.

Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We will do our best to accommodate customer’s delivery requests.

SALES TAX
All orders within the state of California will be charged the sales tax percentage for the county of the shipping address. All packages shipped outside of California are not charged sales tax.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • For Semi-Bespoke and Bespoke projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due just before production starts.

SHOWROOM HOURS
Our Los Angeles showroom is open Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM PT.
