DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

Fie Isolde accepts exchange within 5 day of receipt. The product must be unworn, in perfect condition and in original packaging. No exceptions. Any products returned exceeding the 5 day exchange policy from your receipt will not be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion. 

Please note that we do not exchange or give store credit on any customized products. Anything needing to be resized is considered customized. All of our customized products purchased will be final sale.

Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanged products or customized pieces. Please consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Fie Isolde cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our workshop. The package must be returned via UPS or DHL. 

Shipping, delivery, and assembly charges are non-refundable. Please note that returns usually take 5 to 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

All international returns will be eligible for exchange or store credit. The package must be returned via DHL and customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the returns including insurance of the package.

REPAIR WARRANTY

Fie Isolde will repair your pieces within one year of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your Fie Isolde piece for a charge.
