About Us
Fie Isolde is a fine jewelry brand designing and producing heirloom-quality pieces in 14k and 18k gold, handmade in Los Angeles. We operate both e-commerce and a private appointment showroom model, with made-to-order production timelines and bespoke projects.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, commercially minded Bookkeeper to join us in-office one day per week to manage our core financial operations and ensure clean, accurate reporting.
This is a hands-on role requiring precision, accountability, and a strong understanding of inventory-based businesses.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our Los Angeles showroom.
This is a full-time position in a luxury, appointment-based environment that is unapologetically performance-driven. We are looking for someone who loves closing, thrives on targets, and is energized by revenue growth.

- Understanding that consistent follow-up, clean data, and disciplined pipeline management drive results.
Tech fluency is essential. You must be confident with:
- CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Creating, managing and owning deal pipelines and sales stages
- Email sequences and automated follow-ups
- Sales dashboards and reporting
- Digital communication and remote selling
Luxury or fine jewelry experience is preferred.
This position is based in person at our West Hollywood showroom and office. The role is well compensated plus benefits, with commission potential tied directly to performance.
